Our client, a manufacturer of plumbing products, faced the challenge of efficiently educating customers and plumbers on the installation procedures for their diverse range of products. Traditional methods of in-person demonstrations or video shoots were time-consuming, costly, and often lacked clarity, especially when showcasing intricate installation steps.
Objective:
The primary goal was to create comprehensive installation tutorial videos for 20 different products, enabling both plumbers and end-users to easily understand and execute the installation process without the need for extensive training or assistance.
Scope:
The scope of the project involved developing detailed 3D product animation videos that provided step-by-step guidance for the installation process. Each video covered a specific product, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the instructions. The goal was to make the installation process accessible to a wide audience.
